Section 1
Abbreviations, Extensions and Initials
(1) The name of this Act is "Electronic (Electronic) Transactions Act, 2063".
(2) This Act shall be deemed to have commenced from the 24th Bhadra of the year 2063 Samvat.
(3) This Act shall be applicable throughout the State of Nepal and this Act shall be applicable to any person who commits an offense in violation of this Act wherever he resides.
